He stressed that any vehicle that is driven
on the emergency lane, which is specifically meant for fire vehicles,
ambulances and other emergencies, will be seized from Sunday as well as the
vehicles parked in the parking spots allotted for the disabled. He indicated
that cameras have been installed to observe such violations, explaining that
the owners of the vehicles will be summoned and the vehicles will be seized in front
of them.

How about not taking pictures while driving.
I take photos all the time of these cars - while I'm sitting in traffic, stationary. The only time I take photos when the car is moving is when I'm being harassed by idiots thinking it is cool to play road games around me.
I didn't take this particular photo. Someone else did.
