For those who haven't seen this yet, Kuwait is changing their phone numbering system effective October 17, 2008.
It should be interesting and just damn fun for the entire family.

I just realized that October 17th is a month away.
Why would they have to do it so difficult, They just need to ADD a key gigit to each governorate this would be easy for every one, but guss the guy who advised was on pot.
I'm expecting many many many wrong numbers in the next couple of months :p
