You read it right, ladies and gentlemen. Apparently, there is a whole parody site to United.com listing customer complaints and United Airlines customer service and industry statistics.

i didnt have many problems with them really when i used to be in the US. this is sorta funny though
My friend, M, took a flight with them recently with her baby. They gave her one of those flimsy bassinettes for take off and landing; and said that they had to place the baby at their feet! She said that she watched as her child skidded across the floor...
I may publish my letter to United sometime (which they haven't responded to), but right now, I am trying to heal my inner wounds.
