I agree with Joan Rivers 'that' looks like an IUD.
LOOOOOOOOOOOL - IUD!! I hadn't heard that one, but so true.
If style could kill....me thinks they have succeeded. It has just done me in!
Whoever has that thingy on, will look positively hideous! However in the case of British royalty, they all look like zombies regardless.
