Just say NO to drugs

A mind is a terrible thing to waste....
Attention foreigners! Don't light up in Kuwait.
Here is another example of why it is a really really really bad idea to do drugs in the Middle East. Are these people too young to have ever heard of Midnight Express?
For another thing, foreigners!, you don't HAVE to look at the camera when the guys who have busted you are taking your photo. It isn't like you are Lindsay Lohan or something. You can look at the floor, turn your face away, cover your face.
I feel so bad for this girl. She is going to be like a roaster chicken at a wolf convention in jail here. Get ya a good lawyer, girlfriend!

  3. I feel horrible for this girl, who, looks like she is traumatized. However, I must wonder about her brain functions, since of all places in the world she has picked Kuwait to get high in? Seriously, what was she thinkging? or not thinking for that matter .

Maybe she'll make some nice new friends in prison.

I hear these stories about Westerners coming here and getting arrested for drugs and I say the say the same thing - WHYYYY? Its bad enough you do it in your own country, but here? What ARE they thinking?

Rapes take place in prison all over the world, but there has been a lot of negative media about it in Kuwait over the years as well. Why would you risk it?

The first thing these idiots do is to call their embassy. It isn't the mission of the embassy to get someone out of jail because of their own stupidity. They are are criminals - why should the embassy get behind a criminal?

I've seen it in the States - Kuwaitis who were arrested for drugs. Do you think that the US criminal system has any mercy? No. A criminal is a criminal. You do the crime, you have to do the time.
