This can be diagnosed by a simple blood test. However, most doctors do not test for T3/T4 levels, and I am not sure what types of hormones that have in Kuwait, but that could be a strong reason why you are losing your hair. A simple indication of a thyroid issue is if you have lost one-third of your eye brows.
